How to Send a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Innoservsolutions Walk-In Tubs wants people who contact us to receive fair and honest treatment. If something goes wrong, please tell us. This page describes how to submit a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Concerns We Want to Hear

You may raise concerns about:

  • A phone or message exchange with Innoservsolutions Walk-In Tubs
  • Our handling of your personal information
  • Website content that seems wrong or hard to understand
  • The conduct of a provider reached through our service

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keeping a written record.

Please also tell us what happened. Feedback helps us assess honesty within our network. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Innoservsolutions Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, manage warranty claims, refund provider work or represent a provider.

Details to Send

Write to contact@innoservsolutions.skin with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number dialed or form used, if you recall it
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A description of the problem and the action you would like us to take

Our Review Process

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If the reply does not resolve your concern, respond and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with concerns involving licensed contractors.
